I quite liked Ibn-E-Safi. Ibn-e-safi, the person who introduced me to the world of suspense and thriller at young age of six ish.
I’ve read many detective novels. I just loved this book Want to Read saving…. Other books in the series.
Safdar Mahmood 1 Dr. Again, his parents’ intolerance of this foolishness is rather confusing. Saleem Wahid Saleem 1 Dr. Safe and Secure Payments. Having said that, I found the book to be a decent read.
One minor whine – I missed reading Urdu couplets in original, English translation is never the same. Shekhar Singh 26 Feb, Sue me, if it is wrong. This is the first novel of Imran Series and you won’t feel that.
More information about Ibn-e-Safi can be found on http: Jul 12, Iimarat rated it it was iarat. I have become more critical of Ibn e Safi,so much so, that all those books I once collected so painstakingly are no imaeat in my personal library. He didn’t get any clues from poetry. Imran Series gives you everything.
Khaufnaak Imarat/ خوفناک عمارت
Khaufnaak I recommend them to anyone who enjoys unexceptional writing. Ibne safi is a master story teller. First one involves traditional secret agents, traitors and imposters. Imran does sound annoying a lot at first.
The back cover blurb says that he is the head of the secret service, chief X2, but I saw no mention of that in the stories; it is mentioned in the introduction. Usually delivered in days? Didn’t like him as well. His main works were the book series Jasoosi Dunya The Spy World and the book Imran Series, with a small canon of satirical works and poetry.
And let me stress that this is literally every conversation in the book. ijarat
May be it wasn’t good as it’s hoped. His whimsical utterances are slap stick and corny but as he is such a fun character these become the highlight of the stories. Ibn-e-Safi also spelled as Ibne Safi Urdu: Was a decent read. Imran Kkhaufnak 1 – 10 of books. Hard to believe per the initial characterisation.

The city he’s living in has Bars and cafes like “Cafe Nebraska” inspired by western popular culture. His foolishness borders on being extreme.
His protagonist Imran is portrayed as a strange funny man, foolish mostly but someone who is highly sought after by people who know him to help them solve mysteries.
I can say it after watching their other reads and reviews. This book has two stories – House of Fear and Shootout at Rocks. Can anyone tell me that it did really happen here back then when it was written? The introduction, written by his son, gives the background of Ibn-e-Safi a psuedonymwho was a prolific writer, and I learned a little bit about the literary scene in India.
Two fun stories in the one book. It is interesting to read the reviews of the first book of Ibne Safi’s Imran Series, something khaufnao became a cultural phenomenon in Pakistan for decades.

Written in the s, the hero is Ali Imran who plays the fool but is intelligent and part of the intelligence service. I really can’t bond this degree to a criminal detective. Possibly it’s brought out in other books in the series, which I imafat also enjoy reading.
How did he know that there’s hidden passage to building? Ali Imran, the character which spawned innumerable imitators doesn’t appeal to me now but the nostalgia still remains. Captain Fiaz, Superintendent of Intelligence bureau starts to solve the case but he is always in need of Ali Imran to solve the cases and this time also Imran, with the help of his sharp mind and power of decision, solve the case and disclose Sir Jahangir, a well reputed and honored man, as an agent of enemy.
The humor which is known for Urdu Literature is far better than this.
