I think it was the printing process, which meant I was probably inhaling toxic fumes while I was trying to read a healthy cookbook. Just really didn’t feel this one at all.

The key is variety, and in her new cookbook, Dr McKeith provides over recipes and menu plans for daily life, from mouthwatering smoothies to lunches on the run to family meals.
She has written for a number of publications, including health journals and popular consumer magazines. I have tried only a couple of the recipes, but I think this is more to do with my family not liking a drastic dietary change rather than the quality of the recipes.

The McKeith Diet of Abundance is not about telling you what not to eat, rather it shatters the usual expectations of dieting and allows you to eat more, not less.
